Originally from Buffalo, Tony Giles moved to Dallas,
TX when he was a teenager. He first started
working out to condition his body for high school sports such as wrestling and football. He entered his first body building
contest at the age of 19.
Today, in addition to being a sought after fitness model, he
is respected as an experienced personal trainer. He currently trains clients in downtown Dallas. Tony chose to become
a personal trainer because he enjoys working with people one-on-one to help them reach their fitness goals and because it
motivates him to stay in shape.
Tony Giles has several areas of expertise including body
fat loss, nutritional consulting, strength conditioning and increasing muscle tone. He is rated as one of the top personal
